4CM Humbusters on A2 outputs only?

I've researched and just wanna be clear before I order cables. I'll be using my Axe-Fx in the FX loop of a combo amp as a secondary rig and I understand that I need Humbusters for the amp input and loop input. Do I use a Humbuster for the amp's loop output back to the A2 as well?

I use 3 hum busters in 4cm. One for each out of the axe. Don't know if you *need* them at each out, but it works so well and wasn't cost prohibitive, so there wasn't any reason not to just get it done.
That was money WELL spent.

No, only the 1/4" OUTputs on the Axe-Fx can recognize HumBuster cables.
