4 Button MIDI pedal programmable ?

Has anyone seen a 4 button MIDI pedal that can be programmed with the preset number on each button. Not buttons in sequence or banks but rather able to point to direct presets where you can make: (example)

Button 1 - Preset 60
Button 2 - Preset 90
Button 3 - Preset 120
Button 4 - Preset 3

Being able to use any these buttons alternatively for CC messages would be a bonus.

you can use the rac12 too for this specific need, you can also send all midi #cc by preset, and most importantly, it allows you to access all parameters of the afx.

My Axe is controlled by computer as are our lights and all of our effects. I don't sing a lot so my mic is automatically turned on/off via MIDI for the songs I do sing as to cut down any noise the 80% of the time I don't use it. Occasionally I want to say something about a song or a prompted comment so I would like a 4 button MIDI to use 2 buttons for mic on/off and 2 buttons for stage light on/off.

I have a Roland FC-300.
If I wanted to add the MC6 to my setup, how would I connect both to the Axe?
Some type of midi splitter?
