2nd time it's frozen up on me at a gig...

Your preset seems to work fine on my FW11 FM9. I presume you are using Output 1 when playing live right? I ask that because Output 2 is muted, but then you would definitely have noticed that! I checked every channel on every block, no combination causes any issues.

Does this ever happen at home or your usual place of practice? Has it only happened at this venue?

Yes, just output 1. Out 2 was an acoustic going direct to FOH, skipping the guitar amp. It's not happened at home yet, just twice at 2 different venues.
 
These freezes are random, intermittent and occasional on my unit, so it's not as simple as just providing a preset and expecting someone else's unit to seize up. It can happen once a week or maybe once a day. It varies on cpu level, it varies on preset. There is something going on and without logging information it is not possible to figure it out IMO

Iif it happens again to me, I'm going to try changing presets and coming back and see i that fixes it. I hadn't thought of it before. Your unit freezes and you get that crazy feeling in your stomach, and quickly reboot it. Ahh... it works again. Meanwhile, you had a minute of dead time, and you pissing with your pedal = no fun feeling.
 
i had 2 or 3 freezes on my fm9 mk2 turbo on what i think was fw10..i cant remember. But it was very ODD as ive never had any freezing issues on any of the lineup since like 2012. Mine was when the entire unit turned on and none of the switches would work and no output at all. Restarting it fixed it and my presets i think is in the low 70's maybe less. But on FW11 i havent had any issues. Hard to explain unfortunately.

in my own case, it never locks up completely requiring reboot. It becomes unresponsive, sometimes audio drops, sometimes not. It seems to be stuck on something momentarily. In a few cases, my switches stop responding. It is very intermittent for me.
 
Totally off the path here, but I seem to recall a random freeze issue relating to a bad xlr connection, possibly on the FAS-link. I’m not sure if that’s in play here. I always use a FC12 with my FM9T, so I keep an eye on that.

I’ll second @ZenRigs Man suggestion to always carry a backup… just good business. I keep a Flyrig5 V2 in my kit for this purpose.

I do use the xlr most of the time. Both times it froze.
