2025 VST/VSTi Plugins!

I think you might be looking at the list whose factory presets have been 'Unified' so they show up in Unify without having to navigate to them.

You can load any plugins you own.

"Unify is a Host plug-in that can load all of your MIDI Effects, Audio Effects and Instruments in a single creative environment which come with over 60 plug-ins before you even add the plug-ins you own."

That's good to know. Do you know if their organizational system any better than just browsing a list of VST's on any daw, like being able to group all of the delays together, synths together, etc? That's my main headache right now. If I want to find a delay, then I have to try to remember which ones that I currently have.

Studio One lets you group VSTIs and effects any way you want, and view them that way, alphabetically, or by their "inherent" type.

Kepler 2 by Stefano Maccarelli is coming out Oct 23rd. He is an amazing sound designer and I have many of his libraries. I don't even do cinematic scoring. I just love playing the sounds and have ideas to integrate some of the soundscapes into rock/instrumental type compositions. If you have Kepler 1 or some of the Ethera libraries he offers really good discount/upgrade prices. Very reasonable.

Sounds good - I'll check it out. Not that I need more libraries!

Just spent 199 on Omnisphere 3 and test drove for an hour Plus. Very cool. sounds great. Much improved navigation. I'll be very busy...
I saw that it's available.

State Azure's demo has me really wanting it now but I will delay gratification so I can get the box version... I'm weird that way!

Ive been watching more videos pop up on YouTube and still debating...its killin me cuz i just bought Omni 2 last year. So its a bit of a pill to swallow to drop another $256 (CAD) on top of the full retail price just last October/November. I was a late adopter to Omnisphere....i'm sure my GAS will win out

A few online places have the box version for $169 but there may be shipping charges. Not sure how that works out for you in Canada though. This tariff bullshit is crazy.

yeah i looked into that and also heard from other buyers on another forum that by the time you pay shipping/duties...its not worth it....will be cheapest for me to just buy direct as a digital download. I was hoping ( a long shot) that I'd qualify for some grace period. nope. I checked my online Spectrasonics account to look for update and its just for 2.0. A boy can hope

I've been exploring the sounds since installing yesterday and again this afternoon. It sounds lovely. I have only had a short time with Omni 2 for comparison which was great of course but version 3 definitely sounds more 'alive' to me. More lush. More upfront and feels like there's more movement in the sound. This is why I love my pair of CLR's for this kind of stuff and my Fender FR12's mainly for guitar with Axe Fx3. It's also nice having hardware support for most midi controllers/keyboards. having main controls automapped to my Novation SL61 MK3 is pretty sweet. Haven't tested with my NI Komplete S88 Mk3 yet but I'm sure it works too.

i just saw this pop up in my email. heck yeah. $5 is a no brainer. Gonna grab that
If you're new to UJam I think you can get another 10% off when you register an account.

So $4.50 for Stranger. Not bad!

I wasn't going to get it but for about the price of a good cup of coffee at my local hangout I'll jump on this. (fk Starbucks btw!)

I guess we're into the holiday sale season until the post New Year sales are over.

https://www.uvi.net/halloween-sale

UVI has 31 different instruments for $31 each. I passed on Drum Designer in the past at 50% off but at 79% off I'll bite, saving $118.

I really like that these instruments are even more powerful if you open them up with Falcon.

side note: I was talking online chat with my brother (who is not into guitar/synths) but he knows all about it and hears me go on and on about this and that. oh...yes i'm totally done buying more plugins and/or guitars and he's always skeptical knowing the nature of the beast. I just got Omnisphere 3 and Kepler II this week ...i told him okay now i'mi done! except ... this stranger things synth for just $5. its a no brainer!

my brother: that's what a crackhead would say:tearsofjoy:
