2 almost identical patches, different output volumes?

What the heck would cause this?! I saved preset as to another number, every setting is literally exactly the same.... the only difference is one has a chorus block and one has a rotary block. both are off. one output reads about 3-4 and the other is about 5-6. anybody???

Check the bypass types and the 'Mix' and/or 'Level' parameters of the two blocks?

Would need to see the presets to know for sure..

You must have changed something in the patch before you saved it to the new preset number. It saved the change you made while working on the original patch to the new patch number but not to the original patch because you didn’t save any changes you made to that patch.
There’s most likely a change in there somewhere, check all your volumes in all blocks, and at the Output Mixer.

Check your amp block X/Y settings in each of the presets.

Any bypassed effect's levels will have an impact as well depending upon the Bypass type as mentioned by @Moke.
