11.00 Firmware Upgrade Issue

Hi All,

excuse me if someone already posted this. I couldn't find any related topics. But after trying to upgrade to 11.00, My Axe FX Ultra won't start up normally. Now, when i turn it on, The display is blank, and all front panel lights are on. Any ideas on what could be wrong. Is there any way to get it to boot up normally, or is it some sort of EPROM issue. Thanks in advance.
 
The update didn't work. When i turn on the unit, there is nothing on the display. axe edit cant detect the axe fx. and any button i press on the axe fx has ne effect. and like i said all the led's on the axe stay on, ever the input/output meters.
