Bug? 10.01 Issue saving effects blocks

I save them and then go to use elsewhere and it ends up not being what I saved. Useless at this point. Also the global amps are also screwy.
 
Are you talking about the block library? Your post is not clear...

What is the problem with global amp blocks? The word "screwy" is not very technically descriptive of a problem. Makes it a challenge for people to help.

I'm sorry I was not clear. The global amps. I save and then try and use elsewhere and it is not the same. Anyone have this issue? Frustrating.
