Have you totally moved away from Helix?

Thanks for posting!
He doesn't know squat. He's trying to be funny. So you are saying that all of the VP4 effects will be added to the AM4 over time? Do you know this 100%? If so, what's the point of an VP4?
I see the JMP-1 models are now 4 instead of 8. Is the "Bass Shift" now just an added button or?
Curious if this is updated until the current gen is end-of-life or it is designed to run the updates based on the newer amp modeling algorithm to be implemented on upcoming next-gen products
It's the same modeling as Axe Fx III.I also need to know this... if this is the case I would definately prefer the AM4 to the FM3...
Yeah, but that's 77% DSP in the Southern Hemisphere, what's that equal to in the North ?As an example a Drive, Amp with dual Dynacabs, Stereo Delay & Ultra-High Quality Pitched Reverb comes in at 77% here.

Awesome! Here's what AMP expert edit looks like, but of course different parameters will change depending on the amp model etc. Take note of the different tabs at the top

Can’t help but notice my favorite amp model isn’t in here, Dizzy V4 Blue (unless I am overlooking it?)
tik tok 9 o'clock CETThanks bro! Can't wait to see the more in depth reviews...is Leon Todd have one yet?
So, what amps are in it?
Man, that’s a bummer. The V4 Blue channel 3 was my favorite! Any particular reason it was removed?ALMOST all of them. A very few clunkers went.
1. The ancient (Axe-Fx Standard?) version of the "Vibrato Verb" since now there are three Vibrato verb types based on actual models.
2. The older (incorrect?) version Matchbox Chiefman.
3. The standalone "Brit Pre" since it was replaced by the new "JMPre-1" models.
4. The version of the Legend 100 that was produced "blind" before Steve sent us his actual amp.
5. The Thordendal's since they were replaced by accurate newer versions.
6. Three Dizzy V4 Blue channels. I forget why.

Gotta ask about the GUI: what was the thought process behind choosing the parameter "bars" vs the "virtual knobs" on the other editors? I much prefer the virtual knobs, this is giving me flashbacks to accidentally changing parameter values while scrolling on the Helix / HX Stomp / Pod Go editors!
I feel like it would be helpful (especially for newbies) to have a matrix or chart comparing all the different current Fractal products (fm3/fm9/axefxiii/vp4/am4) and the key components (hardware, software, i/o, etc.) that set them apart to make the buying decision and support questions clearer...
check back when AM4 joins the chart!
