Been a while - didn't activate.

CORRECT! You need to activate the license. We thought that the iLok popup in ICONS was providing sufficient guidance on this, but I've realizedthat we need to add a gentle reminder in our order confirmation email. I'll do that next week when we make some other changes to the user download manager. It's been a long spell of hard work and we're now off for the long President's Day weekend.
