Help with Solid State Power Amp choice????

Get one of the very high powered Carvins(as good as Mesa) or stick to the stereo tube amp which you really can't beat. A tube power amp will have more punch and girth no matter what. Funny though...my old Line 6 Vetta had one of the best SS power amps I have ever used. Not sure what they did...

Anyone have opinion on dedicated power amp or Atomic powered

Hey guys... I want to get a FRFR system and have been considerign either the Atomic powered 112 and maybe an extension cab so I could have two stacked.....or a power amp like the Carvin TS-100 or Rocktron Velocity 300 with the Atomic passive cabinet..... I wish I could find one of those Atomic...

I talked to a speaker manufacturer about this and he said it had something to do about the point at which thermal breakdown or something happens...I forget but will dig it up. His point was that a 15 watt amp can sound stellar through 250 watt speakers and sound killer and sound killer at low...
