I've been an Axe FX Ultra user for a long time and have recently changed over to the II. All my patch changing is done via a laptop so when I changed over from the Ultra to the II I noticed the II takes about 30-50ms longer than the Ultra. I think the lag has increased in recent firmware...

Just a quick comment about Fractals customers service...

It is fantastic! My axe fx broke two weeks ago. I sent the package from the UK on the Friday and I received in under a week completely fixed. I also asked for them to check my midi ports, which they also did, with a note in my package saying everything was fine. Big thanks to the fractal team!

Just checked a few things. I changed the input to digital and the input goes all the way down. When changed back to analogue it goes straight back to red. I plugged the output of the AxeFX into my digi 002 and volume comes through, just extremely quietly. As in volume on full on the output of...
