Even more heavy tones! Grindcore-esque! UPDATED

This is a repost too, since the thread got deleted when the forum when b0rk. patch is based on the powerball model, with ts808mod and german and metal cabs. Drums are sup 2 and bass is sloppy :) edit: Did some mastering, sounds much better now. including more out of place soloing...

What does the BBE sonic maximiser actually do?

What does the BBE SE actually do to the input signal? is it simply a kind of EQ? some kind of filter? What I am really getting at is how to emulate a BBE in the axe fx, so any ideas? many thanks! nb. dunno if this is the right forum, so if I am wrong please move :)

Pantera tone

So, i've been fiddling trying to get a Pantera tone, and was wondering what amp model would be best to use. I figure turning the SAG off will get me closer to a solid state type sound and it's fairly close. So, I guess my question is what amp model with SAG turned all the way down will sound...
