    Hey guys, made this tone using the Solo 100 Amp and the enhance block really helped a lot. Sometimes I feel the enhance block can be too dramatic, but it worked for this thumping riff. Do you have any tips for this tone? Let me know what you think!

    Hey thank you! I took an acoustic sample and ran it through the tone match. I put the USA pre before the tone match and added the multi comp with some parallel reverb and delay!

    Slowing it down....

    Slowing it down and learning solos by ear is the one of the best ways to learn. It helps your ear and really gets you to focus on every detail of that player. I feel tabs sometimes can take away from that, although it's a good reference!

    Somebody please convince me to NOT buy an Axe FX with my tax return.

    There is no alternative, I tried many effect processors, but there is soooooo much you can do in axe fx that would almost be impossible to create otherwise. You'd be missing out on a whole world of tones!
