Noise gate question.

Hey guys, is there a difference between the gate at the input section vs an actual gate block?

I do not believe so. Try searching "input noise gate" at the top right of page..

Sometimes, I use both in a high gain preset, and then when I give it an insane boost and more drive on a different scene, I'll put a block just in front of the drive pedal so that if I do a dead stop while playing insane gain, it is immediately quiet.

For most patches, I just use the input gain between -60 and -70, and the other knob between 2 and 2.5
