How to resurect "Aroncino Blues" preset?

I did consider reinstalling the old preset bank then copying the factory preset to a user preset slot then reinstalling the current preset bank. I don't install each and every firmware version but I do make a backup every time so I can do that. The problem is that I will be forced to restore...

Difference in sound from phones vs line out from audio card

Keh is right but do not forget that when you plug your headphones in your audio interface you also have 2 more digital/analogical conversions in your setup. Depending on the converters quality this might be a great difference.

Studio Monitors or Headrush-108 for my Axe-Fx II XL+? Confused, please help!

If band rehearsals are in the game (which you didn't mention in the OP) then go for the Headrush, definitely. Not sure how they behave for standard DAW monitoring yet since they are designed for guitar amps simulators.

A pair of near field monitors might well be sufficient for home practice and recording. I'd even say they would be more profitable since they would meet every kind of monitoring needs in a more neutral way. I for one use 8" Eris monitors from Presonus for both bass and guitar through the axe-fx...

Shall Axe-Edit II on Mac OS X go 64-bits?

Hi all, Installed 3.14.5 a moment ago. Turns out it's 64bits, yeah! Might've been the case with 3.14.4, but I missed this one. Thank you FAS!

Optimization is one thing one can live without, sure. But the main problem here is 64bits compatibility which, as someone pointed earlier, will be broken in one year or so if FAS does not release a 64bits version of Axe-Edit. If they fail to do that, Axe-Fx II users will face the choice to stop...

PreSonus Eris E8 - Subwoofer or no?
