delay time settings

on some of the presets, such as block 1 preset 1 scene 1 the delay time is not changeable - am i doing something wrong? i've tried other blocks where it does work - total rookie to this unit

ax8 level issue when using detune

just got an ax8 today - messing around with block 12 preset 3 (factory preset) (spawn quick rod) - when i engage the pitch function, which is set to detune, the sound loses some level - can this be corrected so the level stays the same or increases? thanks

returning FX8 for refund

can not figure out what seems like a calibration of expression pedal problem - no reply on help ticket from Fractal - plus the tap tempo issue - on a brand new FX8 - no choice but to get a refund - if anyone wants to purchase one, I'm sure the Fractal guys will get it working right and sell it...

whammy problems

tried a brand new expression pedal (boss ev-5) with whammy preset @ B2 scene 1 after having tried an m gear last night - still not making it to an octave like it's supposed to (have configured both more than once to no avail) - hate to think the unit has this problem AND tap tempo issues right...

problem getting whammy to work properly

factory preset B2 scene 1 - plugged in my m audio exp - calibrated it (1 to 99, I believe, is the best I could get) - whammy not getting full octave range - only gets to 1 semi tone below octave - any suggestions?
