So What's New on the III? ...(Axe-Fx II vs III)

Indeed, would've been a very nice feature to use it with axe-edit for phone/tablet. That and the smaller FC's not being able to work with MkII

Well, called G66 and they shipped a PSU immediately which arrived moments ago .... The axe works again! Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah, contacted g66 already, will submit a ticket to fractal aswell. I hope it's the PSU, would need it again upcoming saturday.

Axe FX 2 does not power up

Hey all, I've got a bit of a problem, my axe won't power up. Tried 4 different power cables, opened the top and switched the fuse, the fan tries to rotate but fails to do so and keeps getting small 1 second-impulses. Absolutely nothing on the screen and the power+recall trick does nothing...

Okay, it seems that by miracle the issue disappeared and has not (yet) returned. I've upgraded the firmware from the controller but that did not resolve the issue (at first?) .... maybe it did after a day or two? .... very weird stuff but then again, it is handmade in Russia. So I can only...

BJ Devices TB12, it's any scene, random switching between 1,2,3,4 and 5 back and forth .... never had this issue before. Also occurs with any preset, just switching the scenes makes it go into edit mode of the first block. Switching presets does not have this strange issue.

When choosing scenes via a midi controller the axe fx 2 unit jumps into Gate/exp (first block on the grid) edit mode. Not that big a deal but it has not happened before the quantum upgrade ..... https://youtu.be/lcQQ_YPlpAg Any idea's why and how to prevent it?

Bug in Pitch after fw 11.03 update??? (solved)?

The cpu usage stayed the same when reaper was active and when it was not, so the cracks should've been heard all the time. And I haven't had this problem prior to upgrading to 11.03. I also did not have any cracks/hickups/hiss when the cpu usage went to 98%, only just with the pitch block that...

Who here got rid of ALL of their pedals for Axe-Fx?

I sold most of mine to finance the Axe FXII ... two mxr carbon copy's, mxr 10-band EQ, dunlop 535Q multi wah, EHX Echo #1, Korg pitchblack, mxr phase90, pedal power2 plus, pedal power iso5 all are gone and none shall return! with a little luck next weekend the 6505+ will be sold aswell

Well, since our other guitarist has built his custom pedal board with the MFC, it was my duty to make the Axe-FX stand out a bit more than usual ..... We all know Fractal's Flagship can deliver vintage sounds but it doesn't really look that way .... Until now .... ok, I'll try...
