Multiple Pedals with one Footswitch

I'm new to the AX8 and I was wondering how I can setup multiple pedals to come on with one footswitch; i.e. let's say I wanted my Reverb, Drive, and a Delay to come on by hitting one footswitch.

Axe-fx II (as sound card) horrible latency

Does anyone else have this problem? I'm using the Axe as my soundcard via USB and there is insane latency. At my work I use the 003+ but when I'm at home I'd like to use the Axe to record tracks... This is un-nerving. Any solutions?
