    MFC upgrade = total failure

    I feel your pain, I tried this a few weeks back and this is how I got it to work see my old post view the attached jpgs for all settings Just stay with these settings multiple times and it eventually worked for me. Also try not breathing for one shot :roll Wishing you good luck.

    Midi cable isn't a bad idea, it seems it might be noise related??? I was playing loudly while I kept watchng it fail :roll

    It took me many times to get mine to update as well. I finally retried multiple times using a consistent set of settings (see my thread here ) and it finally worked. I too was getting inconsistent error messages. I feel your pain. Hang in there. ONce it works - I love 6's tones...

    Finally got it Well I got back to it this morning, and finally got it to work after much persistence. After about the 15th time sending the update it finally worked. A few things I tried that may help others are: Reinstalled MIDIOx, redownloaded MFC FW code, tried several different MIDI cables...
