You were correct, it was a global amps thing. Not sure how but the patches had all been linked to Global amp 5. Thanks for your help with this superb update. Steve

The new firmware is again an amazing gift from Cliff. Thanks Fractal. I am having an issue with it When I change any of the new amps and make a preset all the new amp presets change to that particular amp. I cant make presets using the new amps as they all change to whatever was the most...

JON LORD - THANK YOU FOR THE TUNES BROTHER - R.I.P.

I had the great honour to play with Jon Lord when he performed "The Concerto" in Australia in 2007. He was incredibly humble and warm. To stand next to his Hammond was the highlight of my career. Sad day indeed RIP Mr Jon Lord. :-(

I built the patch from scratch using the Plexiglas amp , not much else really. The Gibson R8 helps, it's a beautiful sounding guitar.

I used 3 patches which were all based on PLEXI TREBLE 1. Gain turned down to about 4 2 gain on 7 with fuzz in front 3. Solo patch louder and no fuzz Sounded great on the night

I finally got myself an AXEFX2 The upcoming Zepboys gigs at the Gov on Oct 28 & 29 will be powered by the AXE2 This thing sounds incredible.

Thanks for getting back to me Nyarlos. I think I am going to get one without trying. You're Gibson/epiphone comparison has got to me as I have many great Gibson guitars. The AUS distributor is out of stock so I either wait or get one from USA. at least the AUS $ is kicking at the moment. Steve
