Preset Change - Loud Pop

Sorry if this has been addressed but I searched and could not find an answer. I experienced a loud pop when switching between certain presets at a gig last night. I'm running V5.04 direct to FOH through L&R XLR outputs. This has never happened before and I'm a little perplexed...??? Thanks
