The Marshall Plexi 50 strikes again

I bet...

there's no way to suck the global amp blocks over to the Axe II XL from an Axe II full system backup. But I'll let someone confirm... I have a bunch of global amps and FX in the II and would save me a bunch of time recreating them in the XL.

Odd behavior with global amp blocks on 11.03

Just noticed a few days ago that not all my patches were getting updated with all the settings changed in a global amp block - specifically the compression setting. I did some tweaking on one of the global amps and scrolled through the affected patches to verify. Looks like all changed...

Best way to transfer global amps and cabs between two Axe II's?

I'm trying to understand how I would go about this and ensure that they come over correctly. I realize that I could just recreate them on the second unit, but it would be nice to have a clean method to dump the global amps and cabs between the two. I'm not using any user IR's for cabs...

Odd volume behavior with 10.02

First gig tonight with 10.02 - battled with volume surges all night.... In the middle of a song, all of a sudden, the output would jump to what would amount to 3-5 db and then some time later would settle back down. Sometimes kicking on an effect would bring it back down to normal, other times...

I gotta say...

I stayed at V7 up until yesterday since I really rely on AxeEdit to manage my patches (change the order of them as the sets change every few weeks). Yesterday I upgraded to V10 and after a little retweaking of patches I'm simply blown away. Hard to believe it could really get that much better...
