I was able to turn down the input gate threshold and still get excellent gating but with better tone. Very cool!

Because yes. I realize a little bit late that the « improved gate » make my old gate setting eat the tone a little bit. So check your gate guys

This. I have an Epiphone 84 explorer with the emg 81/85. Thought the bridge pup was weak/ sounding like the neck pup. After the usual suspects (battery, wiring, my luthier) I backed off the gate. You could hear all of the sustain and dynamics "flood" back in. Emg 81 doesn't like gates that much lol

My tuner is set to Mute Output. Then it's a bug. According to the manual it shouldn't behave like this.
It doesn't make a difference if I set it to Input or Output.

Definitely sounds like a bug.

The tuner is set to mute output, and i don't have made change before this last update. No problem with the first beta update.

Thanks for verifying. Occasionally global settings manage to get changed somehow during firmware updates...
