Question on converters ?

I'm hoping the converters will be as good as (or better than) the FX8. I never had tone suck/coloration from the FX8 but all the other Fractal products have some tone suck/coloration. The modeling with effects is stellar but I have found that the effects only use of them has some tone...

FX8 into Friedman BE 100 Issues

Can you try it on another amp? What about just creating a simple effects block like reverb to see if it sounds fine then start adding effects until you find something making it sound different?

Axe-Fx III Firmware 27.00 Release

Everything was up-to-date and they were all from the links in the OP. However, my computer was going to the folder with the previous version of the Dyna Cab data pack and I didn't notice the "6" was really a "5" until I had used your suggestion about reinstalling. Thank you!!

I'm receiving the "Incorrect Dyna-Cab File Version" message after the update (I have restarted it a few times but still there). I did install the new Dyna cab pack following the directions provided on the installation instructions. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

How many years is the AX8 designed to last for practical daily use?
