    The first one has the mid range much more scooped, less bright and looser bass. Both sound good IMO. The first one sounds more PetrucciISH to me.

    I don't think it would sound the same. I played with my Axe straight to huge FRFR monitors once (stereo setup) and it sounded freaking awesome but definitely different than traditional power amp + cab. I love my Axe as much as I love my tube amps and cab and I would not give up from any of them...

    It's not a matter of digital modeling. If you mic your guitar cab driven by your beloved tube amp and listen to it through FRFR speakers, its gonna sound the same or worse (because of MICing technique, expensive equipment needed, acoustic treatment, etc) than plugging your axe straight to a FRFR...

    Hey man, that's weird. I'm using FW 19 beta 1, but I think the main changes between them was the amount of G3ed drive pedals and some other minor corrections. Also, scene one does not use pedal at all, so we should not expect changes between them. Are you using active pickups?
