So the new AC30 Brilliant with the gain around 2.6-2.8 plus the Klon gain set at 1.2 = simply killer tone!

Same here with the Kill Dry feature. The overall delay effect just sounds "cleaner" and less cluttered. Can't think of a better way to put it but it's really fantastic.

One of the amps I never got (to my ears) a good tone out of was the Small Box. After this update I've got another great sounding amp in the arsenal!!

Really enjoying this one! The majority of my presets needed some minor tweaking in the high frequencies but once I got them dialed in, the top end is less harsh and the overall sound is just "clearer" if that makes any sense! Can't wait to put it through its paces this weekend!

Dynacab Pack Purchasers - Looking for Feedback

I bought the 1960s and love 'em. It's easy to get great tones out of them and also a lot of very diverse tones using the mic selections and the 360 degree placement. Definitely worth the price.

Do we really need channels and scene controllers?

I use them all the time, mainly to go from a "Fendery" or "Voxy" clean to a Marshall / 5150 / etc. crunch. Add the ability to change delay types, effects, etc., and they're a very powerful tool to make live performances a lot easier. Take these capabilities away and you may as well get a Pod.

Favorite Clean amp in the III?

For sparkling cleans, Morgan with or without a cab. For warm cleans, ODS-100.
