Communication timeout problem with Q.8

Ha, I thought it is my computer. The easy workaround is to remove the USB cable from the Axe-Fx (leave it powered on) and then reconnect it. Works for me 100% of the time.

Bug? MFC selects a few random patches after power on

Mine has 1.0 to 1.2 Ohms. It is a relatively short cable, but definately not a good one. I noticed the MFC display light flickers a bit. Alright, I'll upgrade ;)

I have upgraded to Quantum Beta, reset my MFC, and set it back to my setting (model Axe-Fx II, expression pedal 1 to MIDI CC16, XP2 to CC17, both set to BeginPDL, both calibrated, and changed IA8 from Phaser to Rotary), and the problem is still existing. More and more annoying. Can somebody...

Tape delay degraded repeats

I am always struggling to find the right frequencies for the modulation. IIRC, one is by default set to 0,5 Hz, the other to 5 - is that what you would use for this? And sinus or triangle or random?

"VALUE" knob set to output volume

Maybe he's using S/PDIF to his PC? Then the output knobs would have no effect.
