Low and High Cut For Live Performance

This is a proximity chart of a R-121 mic that I found on the Internet. Not being sure how true it is, low cut could be a necessity for the low end to stay authentic. That's why I also suspect that low cut may be necessary even for bass guitar.

Amp models that surprised you

The Stealth. It has some kind of 'juice' that I cannot describe very well. Compared to the 5153, it has something that the Block Letter has compared to the 6505+, but more refined. I love it coupled with the Lerxst dynacab.

...and justice for dynacabs: if you like the 1960TV but looking fore a more modern vibe without overpowering low end, give a try to the Lerxst 4x12. I f***ing love that cab. It has a some sonic quality that comes strange at first, but you get used to it in a few minutes. They are a better couple...

Axe-Fx III Firmware 23.05 Release

I absolutely LOVE the Stealth Red, combined with the 1960 dynacab, which is my favorite cab for guitar, but I also like the 5153 dynacab, it sounds clearer, but I cannot dial out the boominess of that cab, regardless of the amp. Do you have any suggestions for mics and placement for that cab?

My impression of the new reverb demo makes me want to add it to my thrash preset that I directly record with, it is that good. I'll probably have to name it Jason and set it around 5% - 6% just because of the style's constrictions. I will try it ASAP.

Thanks for the answer. What I wonder about is that if I recreate my preset with their components' analogue counterparts (two amps into one cab in different channels), will I also get the same volume levels with that gear?
