    Must be this I think. I am playing out to two different amps and one is receiving a signal with delay and the other one gets the signal with reverb on it. Bypassed the issue disappears.

    Thanks! As long as that will work, then it will let me decide which side of the DW recieves the signal. I'll be able to set it up per preset so different presets feed the Fender side and others feed the Marshall side.

    Can you run the Axe through output 2 only?

    Its fine to run either one of the outputs into the front of an amp. The Axe is only getting input from the guitar and you just have to watch the input and output levels. Otherwise I haven't had any issues with running it that way.

    I'm using my Axe for effects only and often running a Wet/Dry rig running the effects into a small clean combo amp. If anyone is doing the same or something similar I'd be curious as to how you set up your grid and do you run effects in series, parallel etc?
