Second row of buttons quit working on MFC - Axe FXII

Hi guys, having a bit of a head scratcher. In the middle of a gig, the second row of pedals from the bottom on the MFC 101 mk2 quit working. No lights across the entire row. All other pedals work. Connected to an Axe FXII via cat 5 cable. Rebooting has no effect. Any thoughts?

Heads up: Going from 13.02 back to 12.03 wipes all presets out

Yeah, returned to the same settings after I reinstalled my older banks. Be sure to back EVERYTHING up - including your cabs and system. I haven't needed to restore my system to get back, but it's always good to be safe ;).

Heads up: Going from 13.02 back to 12.03 wipes all presets out

Hey Dimebucker, It's actually not a problem at all. Just be sure to back up all of your banks first with Fractal-Bot. I have went back and forth a couple of times. I just backed up my old firmware banks then reinstall them if I revert back to my old firmware. I also back up the new firmware...

Just checking tones. My main preset changed a bit from 12 to 13. Dialing it back in takes a little comparison. I do this with every update. And yep... I always back everything up... twice! ;). I just started the thread to give a heads up about backing up. I've had those "Doh!" moments and...

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, so just in case: I don't think this is a bug. But, I thought it may subvert a "whoops!" moment. When going back to 12.03 from 13.02 all presets are wiped completely out. I figure it is due to v12 not being able to handle all the extra goodness in...
