    For me freezes are happening more often now and I doubt they are CPU usage related as I have an external reverb and I am never above 65% :/

    I think if you really need alot of ambience ( Reverb and Delays ) you can pair an FM3 with an external Reverb pedal and you have all you need. It's still cheaper than an AE3 and you have the capability of going very mobile if you so choose.

    There is a thread about the hold function on the switches affecting when the actual triggering happens. Maybe that's what's causing your lag also.

    This is what I am doing now. Using modifiers to switch from clean to distortion. No lag, but yeah, zero-latency scene/ channel switching would be a killer feature.

    We should try to enjoy the FM3 as a separate product and when we do get the updates it will be a pleasant surprise :). Otherwise, the best option would be to buy both.

    So basically I noticed that when I use the MC6 to trigger the looper, I always seem to be “late”. And you can hear a clear pop between the loops. At first I thought I was just doing it wrong , but then I switched to using the footswitches of the FM3 itself and voila, no timing issues or lag. Do...

    Also considering the FM3 is cheaper than the AX8, you can just add an external reverb and your CPU limitations will mostly be gone. My BigSky is working beautifully with the FM3 :)
