They All Sound the Same Part Deux

I don't confess to have good ears nor have I ever played through this real amp so I can't comment on accuracy but with that in mind, my initial thoughts were 1 and 2 sounded very dynamic and pleasing sonically, closely followed by 5, but 3 and 4 were very poor in comparison.

I met Trevor before one of the ARW shows and we chatted about the AxeFX. He confirmed that he used it for the shows and it sounded awesome!

Axe-Fx II "Quantum" Rev 10.01 Firmware Release

I don't know shit about code or any of that crap, but I know a good tone and I love this latest update. Thank you Cliff, not just for this but the last several years since the original AxeFX, its been an incredible journey and Ive enjoyed every step of the way!

Ares on XL+ ... mission possible or impossible!

Some people will never be satisfied, some will, tbh I'm more than happy with my XL and if a new product is developed that in some way is better then great, I'll do my best to buy into it! Whatever happens I'm really happy with my XL.

Pretending by Eric Clapton

Has anyone had any success with creating a 'Pretending" preset by Eric Clapton on the the Journeyman album? I think it's one of the best recorded tones ever but can't get close. Probably to do with the vocal wah type tone on the outro solo. Any ideas?
