I feel you man. We had at least one FW upgrade drop during my multiple trips to Japan (2020-2024).I'm out of town for another week, away from my gear. Argggh.

If that falls under the Double Verb changes, note that the release notes say "audition presets".Does the Super Reverb sound right to you guys? Factory preset sounds off to me but it could be me lol.

Friedman Main User here - Sounds very good. I found that the important change was that Negative Feedback was decreased from 9.15 -> 3.87 (less congested with this setting, and lower - adjusting this value has long been a crucial BE/HBE parameter IMO). It also feels.....quicker. More responsive to the transient attack. Looking back at the notes I'm thinking that it could be from the B+ Voltage change.Anyone compare the old Friedmans to the remastered Friedmans in this update? What are your findings?
Cool! The negative feedback knob always confused me a bit because I feel like I’ve seen posts talk about turning it up for a tighter sound, and that's what was mentioned in the last firmware with it’s stock settings up high, but now it’s lower and sounds less congested, so I don’t really understand which way achieved what based on all of the wiki stuff and release notes I’ve seen over the years.Friedman Main User here - Sounds very good. AXE-EDIT, Settings > RANFHello, after updating from firmware 31 to 32 I have no sound. I have two Amp blocks panned hard right and left, and no signal past the Amp block 1 on the L side of my signal chain, and no signal past my PEQ block on the R side, which is the last block before the output. Amp 1 is 5153 stealth Red, Amp 2 is a Euro Uber. I reloaded the firmware for both 32 and Dyna Cab twice, still same result. I checked my presets and none of the parameters seem to have changed after updating. Any ideas what I did wrong? Thanks in advance!
Thanks, but I have the latest Axe edit and did RANF again and it did not resolve it. I can still see in the layout section on the screen of my Axe there is no signal getting past those two points on my signal chain:AXE-EDIT, Settings > RANF

If you don't want to live dangerously : Never update just before a gig.Newbie to fractal here. I know I should install, but I don't want to mess up anything for upcoming gigs. It's it OK not to update?
A lot of us don't update until we have a good hiatus from gigs. For me at least, this is even more important with FW updates that make changes to the amps I use.Newbie to fractal here. I know I should install, but I don't want to mess up anything for upcoming gigs. It's it OK not to update?
