Does anyone use an "always on" delay when playing live? Specifically for bar gigs through the PA. I currently use the London plate reverb at about 8%, but I'm wondering if I should drop the reverb and use some type of delay instead. I feel like the reverb, even at at low value, can tend to wash out the guitar in a live band mix.
, was inspired by the settings I saw on Reb's setup, when he played a live show over here(bass on full along with the other EQ settings) and that 320ms delay in his setup, although he was using a dd-3 I think in the loop/always on, so I guess he set it by feel
