No, that is a TRS splitter cable.

For humbuster, the sleeve/ground of the TS end needs to be wired to the ring & sleeve/ground of the TRS cable.

Some interfaces (RME Babyface Pro FS) have the ring of their 1/4” line inputs shunted to ground, so in that case I can get the advantages of humbuster with a standard TRS cable.
