Can we win one if guessed correctly?
Since I've missed most of this thread, I'll add my kind of serious guesses...
(1) A FAS-quality amp profiler
Meaning, it doesn't use tone match bits and adjusting some generic amp code, but matches the source to the closest actual amp model from many built-in, then adjusts its knobs/parameters to sound close enough. Big advantage being that it leaves you with a fully realistically adjustable Axe-Fx like model.
When on the bottom of the unit you set it to "Advanced," a hidden section with 32 more knobs slides open in James Bond style.
Alternatively, this section can be topped up with cat litter to absorb a quick leak. No more peeing your pants from the awesome sound!
Edit: Hm, I guess it isn't showing the correct connectors for this...?
(2) When EHX refused Cliff's buyout offer, did he go...
"Fine!! You will regret that Big Time!
I'll do it all by ear! Just you wait..."...?
Do we get something like the whole 9-series and more in one box...? (kind of fits the 4 knobs)
(3) IIRC, one of Cliff's wishes was to someday put out a box that can do all overdrive pedals ever, and more.
The box seems too big for that, although the concept could kind of fit the 4-knob design.
I'm lookin' out for ya! Badabing, and so forth...
