Looping "USB in" directly to "USB Out"

I'm trying to find a way to loop back the PC Audio (from Youtube, Spotify, etc.) back to the DAW on the PC. I'm using the FM3. I'm sitting here now for hours trying all kind of combinations of the USB Record Source and the USB Playback Designation. While reading the manual it seems to me that there is no possiblity to do so. Has anybody some experience in this either to tell me to stop trying or giving me a hint what to do.

I'm finding no way to route the USB In 1/2 to the Grid. I manage to listen the Analog Out to the USB In 1/2. But not the USB Out. In the Thread you referenced there is a picture with a In USB Block. Since I have the FM 3 this might be the missing Part. What do yo think

I don't know if it's feasible the way you think..
In my case I'm using Reaper as a daw, sending the speaker audio to VB cable and using "Light Host" with an instance of ReaStream (that is available also outside Reaper).
In this way I have a channel in Reaper that is the "windows" audio. I can use it with any sound card or the FM3 in usb mode

That thread is a wish thread. I'm proposing that's how your problem could be solved in a future update.

In the mean time, you can use patch cables to connect output 1 to input 2. Or, as Ricardo suggests, route your system audio through an app that is capable of transmitting to the FM3 on channels 3/4.

Thank you very much. I already experimented with VB Cable. But I did not know ReaStream. So I will follow your way. The advantage is that there is no dependency to the FM3

The mock up was made so perfectly that I thought there is such block on the AXEIII. Well done! The solution with the patch cable works. Thank you for that
