Let's see those FM3 rigs!

I hear ya.
I’ve got a Temple Audio Duo 24 which is the next size up from this board and could fit everything on it but I’m trying to keep this board as small as possible.
I have a Roland FS7 and a Fractal EV2 expression pedal on my board. The lash show I did, I was hitting the bottom button to change scenes and kept lowering my volume on the expression pedal. I had to move it further away.

Live use is always the real test.

I got bored with that and wanted more options. I found a cool LED strip on amazon. Waterproof RGB lights (16.7 million colors) that can be controlled by a free phone app. There’s also a built in controller. For $30 you get a16 FOOT strip of LEDs and they are high quality with 3M backing. The power specs say 12V and 2A (2000ma). I didn’t want a wall wart (comes with one of you do), and knowing that LEDs typically don’t draw much juice I decided to try them with my Strymon Ojai. I’m pleased to say they work great on a single 9V/500ma tap, all you need is a polarity changing patch cable (red = center positive) like the one voodoo labs makes for a couple bucks. I had few laying around. That’s it :)5F59EA17-6ECB-4435-AC36-23C652942795.png

This one is awesome, which pedalboard are you using?
Looks fantastic!

Thanks! I made it from scratch. 12x20x.5 in plywood. Painted flat black. Added the trim, just cut with a razor. Bolt on rubber feet. Added a bed of dual lock Velcro to the top. Presto!

I put some thin spacers of wood under the FM3 to allow airflow, and one under the EV2 so that it would stick without removing the feet.

Finally got everything hooked up. This OMG9 layout is almost too much lol. I’m frickin in love with the TC100 in this thing. View attachment 68619
What size Temple board is that and would you mind posting a pic from the other side back of the board and / or perhaps measuring the clearance behind the FM3 ?
I'm thinking of making a board very similar to this and I'm wondering how much clearance there is for cables behind the FM3 and FC6.
Thanks
RB

Would someone with an FM3 be kind enough to give me the measurements of the two blue lines. I don’t have my FM3 yet, but I am assembling my rig so when it shows up I can hit the ground running. Thanks in advance!

Curious, what is the direction of the airflow in the FM3? Is the holes on the bottom in this picture exhaust or intake?
