Oh, I need plenty of room. I am such a clutz. The antenna are 5" apart. How much room do you need?
I hear ya.Oh, I need plenty of room. I am such a clutz.
I have a Roland FS7 and a Fractal EV2 expression pedal on my board. The lash show I did, I was hitting the bottom button to change scenes and kept lowering my volume on the expression pedal. I had to move it further away.I hear ya.
I’ve got a Temple Audio Duo 24 which is the next size up from this board and could fit everything on it but I’m trying to keep this board as small as possible.
Live use is always the real test.I have a Roland FS7 and a Fractal EV2 expression pedal on my board. The lash show I did, I was hitting the bottom button to change scenes and kept lowering my volume on the expression pedal. I had to move it further away.
Made a few changes to my board. Most of the time I’ll use the FM3 for band rehearsals and out of town shows with my FC-6 or FC-12 but if I want to really travel light and just use the FM-3 I can with this setup.

I got bored with that and wanted more options. I found a cool LED strip on amazon. Waterproof RGB lights (16.7 million colors) that can be controlled by a free phone app. There’s also a built in controller. For $30 you get a16 FOOT strip of LEDs and they are high quality with 3M backing. The power specs say 12V and 2A (2000ma). I didn’t want a wall wart (comes with one of you do), and knowing that LEDs typically don’t draw much juice I decided to try them with my Strymon Ojai. I’m pleased to say they work great on a single 9V/500ma tap, all you need is a polarity changing patch cable (red = center positive) like the one voodoo labs makes for a couple bucks. I had few laying around. That’s it View attachment 68553

Looks fantastic!
What size Temple board is that and would you mind posting a pic from the other side back of the board and / or perhaps measuring the clearance behind the FM3 ?Finally got everything hooked up. This OMG9 layout is almost too much lol. I’m frickin in love with the TC100 in this thing. View attachment 68619
Curious, what is the direction of the airflow in the FM3? Is the holes on the bottom in this picture exhaust or intake?Would someone with an FM3 be kind enough to give me the measurements of the two blue lines. I don’t have my FM3 yet, but I am assembling my rig so when it shows up I can hit the ground running. Thanks in advance!

The Ventris is killer. I sold mine (and my Nemesis, Vertigo & Neuro Hub) to fund my FM3+FC6 project. I really wish Source Audio would make a Multi-FX.Board update:
I broke down and bought a separate reverb. Connected stereo and preset changes via MIDI. So far so good. Dropped my main preset from around 70% CPU to 45% (ish)
