Awesome, thanks the recommendation... the problem that I am seeing is that the height of the FM3 and the Duo 24 is at 6.25 inches. Every gun case that I've seen maxes out at 6 inches on the inside 'height'. I've already tried two other gun cases. I'm starting to move over to drum cases to see if they can fit but most are closed with the strap which I'm not liking. I did find what seems to be a great fit but the case starts at close to $450!
My bassist thinks he has the V700... Hasn't been home from work to confirm. I am pretty sure that's what he has and that's the model I was thinking before he replied.Well, I've got the V870 which says it is 6 inches. My FM9 and Mission pedals mounted on 2 Duo 24 boards fit with some foam still on the lid.
I don't think the FM9 is much different height from the FM3... If any?
Actually, my bassist has a different Vault series case for his FM3/FC6 on a Duo board. Let me see what model he's using.
Thomann ;-)Great looking pedal board where ddi you buy it ? thanks
That's actually the one I've been eyeballing... I wish they had a 32 inch model. My bassist thinks he has the V700... Hasn't been home from work to confirm. I am pretty sure that's what he has and that's the model I was thinking before he replied.
That's pretty slick!Finished up the "FM3 Briefcase" today. It looks like an old-school briefcase when all closed up, and is about the exact size too. The case provides protection for the FM3 when gigging while also allowing for quick and easy setup with the essential I/O connections on the side of the case and switches/controller wired up inside. I often use an ambient mic for live recordings to pick up the audience so I included a way to easily connect this mic to the case and include its connection along with the cable loom that connects to this case. Construction pictures are included to show the process and guts of the case.

How is it mounted? Is that something you purchased or created?I've wanted a mic stand mount in my board for years and now I finally have one.
Is that a PedalTrain Jr Max?This is mine FM3+FC6+EV1
Purchased a year ago and they are still perfect
