Why I can't enable a Cab on my AX8

Good evening, I have a question, my fractal AX8, when I put on the cabin in a new scene, for some reason it doesn't play, when I put on the amplifier then it plays, I don't know if I have to activate something that I haven't done, has anyone had that? problem and can you help me, I will appreciate it very much

You need both amp and cab block activate (turned on not bypassed) to get your sound. Are you setting up your signal chain and blocks like outlined in this video, starting at about 2:20:
