I use the mod rat alot on my axe 3 presets and recently bought Wamplers newly released take on the Rat pedal to go with the Bogner 3435/ Friedman JJ jr I also just bought. It has more variable gain structure but most importantly has a modern voice switch which sounds fantastic.
