Not sure if this something new with V9 or not. I just updated from V7 and it's something I'm noticing for the first time.
I have a CC modifier connected to various parameters (Amp Drive, Master, and Level). I adjusted it so heel down is Clean, and Toe down is High Gain. I noticed after loading V9 that there was a time lag (like a LPF) on pedal movements. I could Go from Heel to Toe & back and the sound barely changed. It seemed to track much more quickly before. I had Damping set to 10ms just to prevent zippering. I turned it down to 5ms and that helped a bit, but it still seems to lag.
This isn't such a big problem with Gain adjustments like I'm doing, but it will be a problem if it also happens with Wah.
Update: Gigged this weekend with V9 Beta and can confirm my expression pedals act differently than before. They act like there's excessive damping. For midi controllers, I'm using an Axess FX1.
