Using REW to make User IRs?

Earlier today I downloaded Room EQ Wizard in hopes of recording IRs. FM3 is my interface. The measured IR looks like I would expect, but after exporting it's rather distorted. I selected to export measured IR to 1K samples, 32 bit float, and I made sure that everything is 48kHz. I'm not sure if anyone here would have any experience with such a thing or be able to provide any help, but I'm not particularly knowledgeable in this and would appreciate any assistance.

I’ve successfully used REW for DIY room correction, but for shooting an IR like you’re doing, I’ve had better luck with MLSTool. It’s a lot simpler since it’s designed for thar purpose and gives great results.
