User Effects Blocks

It would be cool if we could bundle 3 to 4 blocks into one custom user block and save it for use in other chains...for example...

I want to set up a Super Sonic Fuzz Gun so I might combine a PI Fuzz, Super Overdrive, and some sort of modulation like a flanger and call it Effect User 1 and that would be my Super Sonic Fuzz Gun that I could plug in as a block in any of my presets.
