USB playback issue

Having all routed fine on FM9 and USB set for out 2 from Imac. Sound from Imac plays through for a few secs then goes silent. What could be happening?
 
Just trying to hear my music while I rehearsal silently in house. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
 
Are you routing music from a DAW? I just use my FM9 as an interface, and whatever I play on my Mac Studio goes out through the FM9. I don't route it through a channel specifically. I just let the USB driver do its thing.

No just my Imac. Never had issues in past and know that usb has system setup changes. I have messed with those and nada. Works when reboot FM9, but only seconds. Then goes silent even though I can see track moving on Imac screen. I do route stereo out 2 to my Mipro In Ears. I have input 2 set to come from aux FOH. Output 1 send is FOH. Just giving extra info for reference.
 
What program are you playing tracks through? Can you play youtube or the music app through your FM9?
 
How did you set USB to play through Out2? What is connected to Out2? Does it work if you use Out1?
 
On your grid you have IN2 routed to OUT2. Do you have anything connected to your IN2? That would not be required for USB as it's already mapped directly to OUT2.
