Bug? Undo and Redo not working on Bypass Button

Messing around with the Scene Ignore feature, I noticed its button responds to the Undo and Redo commands or keyboard shortcuts but the Bypass button does not. Loading a different preset, the Undo and Redo are greyed out in the Block dropdown menu.

Clicking the Bypass button to turn a block off causes the Undo command to highlight in the menu but clicking on it or using the keyboard shortcut doesn't turn the block on.

All other actions in the Block Edit window respond to Undo, so this might be a bug indeed.
