All i did was match the delay times from an earlier preset of bad and used his preset.

It may be useful for anyone wanting/needing a Bad preset until he posts his own..i didn't want to post it on his thread as it will mess up the reason it.

in Axe Edit for windows) right click on the block you want to copy, select "Block" then "Save Block" now name the block. move to your new patch, and select an empty block, right click, select "Block" then "Recall Block" now pic from the list of saved blocks.
