Wish Tuner calibration 528?

Tuner cal. at 444 Hz will give a C5 freq. of ~528 Hz.

Being able to set the actual calibration value (for the A4 note) to 528 is kind of nonsensical but it would be nice if the range covered a full semitone, which the current range of 430-450 doesn't quite accomplish.
 
I can do my 432 so I'm happy as it is.
But why can't we set the tuner calibration to any damn thing we want? Is there a reason or is the limit just arbitrarily set to a range that is assumed to cover the ground must of us trod on?

That formula is not GOD approved
