Not a Bug Toggle Tuner with external pedal

Hi!
I found that it is not possible to assign external pedal to Tuner function.
In Setup / Midi/Remote / Other - I can choose only CC's.
But for Tempo Tap - there is variety of options: CC's, both FM3 Pedal outputs, external FC pedal outputs etc.
Is it a bug, or is it just not possible?
